Easter is this Sunday which means a lot of families will be getting together to celebrate. When we celebrate holidays I know a lot of attention goes on the food. What will you eat? I LOVE a good homemade roll! Sometimes it’s not so bad having to make them but more times than not I find myself out of time or just not willing to put forth the effort to make rolls from scratch. Which I love but with the inflation I’m taking a step back and trying to save pennies where I can which lead to me creating my own make ahead freezer rolls!
Using a sharp bread knife cut the bread going both directions. Do not cut through the bottom crust. Place slices of cheese in between cuts. Sprinkle bacon bits on bread, making sure to get in between cuts. Mix together butter and Ranch dressing mix. Pour over bread. Wrap in foil the entire loaf in foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Unwrap. Bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
