With a pandemic going on, it’s hard to go to the gym or other small spaces to exercise. I’ve found a few fun exercise videos that I can do in my home for FREE. They get me sweating just like I would be doing in a room full of people. Check these out!
I’ve seen this trick on lots of different organizational blogs and while I was skeptical at first I’m now in love with it! Board games can take up so much room and if you’re like us, you might have gotten more for Christmas. We play board and card games often as a family which means they’re getting pulled out but not usually put back the same way (I get it, it’s like playing Tetris with the games!). So I finally decided it was time to switch all our board games over to bags!
The new year has brought out the organizer in me. I’ve started realizing I don’t need as much “stuff” as I have and the more stuff I have, the more things I’m having to organize. This is true with all areas in my home. We have to much clothing in our closets, to much tupperware (please say I’m not alone in that one), a ton of toys, lots of craft supplies and on and on. So I’ve decided cutting back will not only help free up some space in our home and help us get organized but it’s going to save our pocket book too. Here’s what I’m working on NOT BUYING this year:
When you hear the words goals or new years resolutions, your eyes may roll and you may think “It NEVER works!” I’ve been reading a bit about how to make a goal and actually make that goal successful for me. This year is 2020 the year of the global pandemic. Are you ready to ring in a new year? I sure am! However, we need to be careful so we don’t spread more of the virus to our friends and family. We can stay home and still have a wonderful New Year. That’s what we are planning to do this year. Here are 15 things you can do this New Years Eve!
This year has been full of ups and downs for all of us. We have been through a global pandemic and many other hard things. What a crazy 2020 it has been! We are taking the day off to spend time with our families. We hope you were able to find some great deals for your Christmas gifts this year, we love to share the deals we find. Merry Christmas!!
Cinnamon rolls on Christmas morning is one of my favorite traditions! But I’m not the mom wanting to spend hours in the kitchen so finding this amazing recipe that’s quick and easy was just what I needed to carry the tradition on! This recipe was given to me by a friend when I was explaining my problem of not wanting to be in the kitchen all day. We’ve now made these cinnamon rolls multiple times for different holidays, family get together and just to give out to neighbors. I’m sure you’re going to enjoy these just as much as we do!
Every year when I was growing up, we would do the 12 Days of Christmas to a few neighbors. I always thought I would get caught. However, I don’t think we ever did! Now that I’m a mom, I realize how much this service meant to those neighbors. This year, since we haven’t been able to see a lot of friends and neighbors, whey not do a secret 12 days of Christmas to them? I’m sure they would love it. This version is super simple and has some fun items to give. Feel free to change it up and add your own in. These ideas might get you started!
