  1. Actually, I gave up on swagbucks. Their search engine is awful, but even so, only one thing you ever search for in a day will give you points. And the longer it’s been since you searched for something on swagbucks, the sooner you get the points in your search. I’ve gotten maybe 2 $5 giftcards in 4 years. It’s not great or worth your time. Try a survey company instead.

  3. I don’t do too much other than I print my coupons through swagbucks. You get 10 points for every coupon you print and reedem. That adds up fast if you use alot of interent coupons. I have been averaging $5 amazon card a month now that my coupon points have started coming through… Nothing like getting paid to use coupons!

  4. I think if the poster above only got $10 in giftcards in 4 years she wasn’t trying hard enough. It is hard work and can be fustrating at times but the rewards are worthwhile. I started in September of this year and have gotten a $50 Walmart card and $25 in Amazon gift cards. I am well on my way to getting another $50 card by the end of this month. If you join Swagbucks it really helps to go to their Facebook page. There are other people trying to earn too and they are always willing to help push you to your goal. Thank you for introducing me to this site. You have made me ad addict of Swagbucks. Shame on you 😉

  6. They have a new feature on Swagbucks called Shop and Earn. This is absolutely the best way to earn swagbucks. When you make a purchase online from their list of stores (which is a lot) you earn swagbucks. For example: Walmart.com and Target.com are 3 swagbucks per dollar. I just recently needed ink cartridges and bought some online from an ink store and spent $54. This particular store was 12 swagbucks per dollar. So I earned 918 swagbucks just from that!! I always shop online at Kohls for kids clothes or christmas presents. I spend $200 and get 600 swag points for something I was going to do anyway. I love it! I’m racking up the points so fast buy just doing my regular shopping online!

  8. I love swagbucks. I joined in May 2011 and have earned just over $600 in amazon gift cards. If you have an Android based device like a smart phone or Kindle Fire you can download an app called Swagbucks mobile tv and earn up to 50 swagbucks a day by running it to its limit. I also search on Swagbucks 3 or 4 times a day just long enough to get a search win and I take the occasional survey. I always earn enough for 5 of the $5 Amazon gift cards each month (you are only allowed to order 5 of the same thing in a month). I also usually have enough for a $50 Amazon gift card about every 3rd month. My husband also has an account and usually earns $15-$25 a month in Amazon gift cards. It takes a little work, but I have paid for my son’s birthday and most of Christmas for free this year! By the way, I just had a smart phone and earned enough to get the Kindle Fire for free.

    • I had used swagbucks before, but they suspended my account. I was earning through swagbuck TV and the search engine on the computer while I was working, and out of nowhere they suspended my account. When I emailed them, they said I used some kind of system to use the search engine, which is not true. I emailed them a few times to have my account to be re-activated, and I haven’t used the search engine ever since. So after learning a lesson, I redeemed all my points for a $100 Amazon gift card, and redeem every points I can whenever I earn. Two months later, they suspended my account again saying that I used some kind of engine to run swagbuck TV automatically, NOT TRUE! I emailed them a few times and they wouldn’t reactivate my account. I gave up. If they didn’t suspend my account, I would earn about $25 worth of Amazon gift card in a month. I used it for less than a year and I got about $200 in Amazon gift card. It’s just too upset and stressful to think that they would suspend your account anytime with a wrongful reason, and then all your hard-work on earning points would be gone.
Anyway, I was still happy that I bought my father and myself a nice birthday gift with no money spent.

    • Do you just do random searches, or stuff you otherwise would search for when you would default to Googles search engine? I can search for 10 a day and never get a single search bonus.

      • I search random things until I get a search win. It is usually within 5 to 10 searches. Then I will wait a few hours and do it again. I also always try swagbucks first if I bee to search something.

  9. I’ve been using it for about 2 years and have not cashed in anything yet. I almost have enough for a $100 Amazon card. Yes, it’s been slow and go, but I want a Blendtec Blender so bad and I have some other Amazon cards from other things to contribute to the purchase of this wonderful device. I’ll be getting it in the next couple of weeks!!! Can’t wait!

  10. I’m pretty new to swagbucks but I’ve used the shop and earn, watching videos, and searching. I’ve never made my daily goal..don’t know how people do that. I gave up on the survey’s because they never accept me after I give them a bunch of info. I don’t think that is fair.
