Even your husband's RanLife site you linked us to says the winners will receive the $10,000 taken off their RanLife mortgage, so it seems like you would have to already have a RanLife mtge or else refinance through them. Is this right?

Hey Shannon, I was reading the fine print and it looks like if you have a RANLife mortgage or do a refinance with them you will get the $10,000. Or, if you don't, or don't want to you will get a $5,000 check mailed to you instead.
