The no candy Easter basket idea is a very good one. A good reminder for parents to slow the sugar down in all celebrations. When the kids see all the trinkets and such ,candy will take a back seat. When my son was small , Dad and the little guy was handed a empty basket. Then was told to go hunt and fill it. If the weather was good the hunt was outside and if not. The hunt was inside , it was fun ,funny and Dad was the biggest kid . From Hot Wheels – mini games- coloring books- their favorite fruits and snacks with some candy. Some of the best memories. Happy Easter , I hope and pray that is a reminder of all the blessings of loved ones in our lives. Mostly remember the on-going gift that God Has Given, Jesus His Son, Living Water. God Bless and thank you for all the hard work that is putting into helping
others to save money. That is a gift .
