A lot of you have been asking if RANLife was going to be doing another Gift Card offer… Right now, if you refinance your mortgage with RANLife, or are purchasing a new home and need your loan done, you will get a FREE $300 Target Gift Card at closing!!  Yahoo!!

My husband, Brady, has worked at RANLife for almost 10 years.  So when I asked him a couple years ago if they were able to do any special deals or offers for you guys, he got it approved.  Now I am always bugging him to see if we can get you guys another deal. And these deals are only available for Freebies2Deals readers. You won’t find them anywhere else. 🙂

To Get Started:

Fill out a pre-approval form here to get started. (You will want to click on the “Quick Form” on the right-hand side.  Or you can click the dark blue bar in the middle of the first paragraph here to fill out the application.) You’ll see the Freebies2Deals Logo on that page.  So you will know you are on the right page to qualify for the FREE $300 Target Gift Card.

If you have questions before you fill out that pre-approval, just email Brady at bradyj@ranlife.com or call him at 801-478-4503 and he can answer any questions you have. Don’t worry!  He’s super nice! 😉

This deal is valid through August 31st.   You don’t need to have closed by that date, but you do need to have started the process and contacted RANLife through the steps above by August 31st to get the promotion. And RANLife works all over the Country… not just Utah!  So I would check with them to see if they can do this deal in your State as well!

Remember that your mortgage is your largest bill each month.  Refinancing is one of the easiest ways to save money! And saving a few hundred dollars each month can make a big dent in your budget or paying off debt. And with Christmas coming up, the money you save could go to your Christmas fund too!

And in case you need them, here are a few Testimonials from other F2D Readers Who Have Worked with RANLife before:

“We just completed our refinance a week and a half ago and we were so impressed, all the way to signing! RANlife was able to help us when so many others said they couldn’t. Thank you for sharing such a great company!!”- Libby

“I wanted to email you and let you know that my wife and I are very pleased with the help and customer service that we received from Greg and others from RanLife. My wife and I attempted to refinance our home with a few other institutions, and none of them even attempted to help us because our mortgage was through Utah Housing. Anyways, I just wanted to thank you again for all that you guys have done!”  - Colby

“I’m so glad I saw this post last month and I finally called Brady a few weeks ago to look into Refinancing.. We are in the middle of closing now and the best thing we’ve done to go with Brady.. Its been so smooth and easy to work with him.. I’ve never actually met him yet but he’s been great to work with and so nice on the phone with all my questions.. I love your site and all the deals I get I feel like I already know you and Brady.. Keep up the great work.. Thanks again for all the deals : ) – Jenny”

“Thank you so much for recommending Brady at RanLife as a mortgage broker. Brady did an amazing job with our mortgage and made things come together so smoothly. I was concerned at first because we were buying a home in Oregon and wasn’t sure this was something Brady could do for us because he was based in UT, but after talking with him on the phone I knew we had made a good choice. Brady was always quick to respond to any of our questions. We weren’t supposed to close till May 21st but because Brady was so quick and thorough we were able to close 2 weeks sooner than we expected! Our realtor was so impressed that she said she will not hesitate to recommend Brady to her clients. Thanks so much again for getting us in touch with your husband.”  Sincerely, Very Happy Home Owners, The Griffins

“I was reading through the daily deals on freebies and came across one about refinance opportunities. We had been down that road before and didn’t have success. We actually were told we couldn’t qualify due to being self-employed. We were very discouraged. After reading some of the testimonials on the Freebies website, I decided we would give Brady a call and see. We closed on Thursday and I can’t explain how wonderful our experience has been. We have had friends in the business that haven’t treated us as well as Brady. We are customers for life and feel very confident in recommending Brady to everyone we talk to. “

“Just wanted to tell you thank you for putting your husband’s name and company on your website. We just closed on a refinance with them and I just wanted to tell you and everyone how great our experience was! He was very easy to work with and very fast. I would recommend him to everyone.”  – Kaylee

  1. The link in the first paragraph “Right now, if you refinance your mortgage with RANLife” sent me to the Ashley Madison website with a topless lady on the page. I thought I might have done something wrong so I clicked on it again and it started sending me to another unknown link I clicked off of it before it could load. I was using my iPad, not sure if that makes a difference.

    • Hey Niki, I just double checked the link and it goes to the RANLife page… so I’m actually thinking that you may have a virus or malware on your iPad?? (Especially if the link takes you to a different place each time you click on it….) This is the page you are trying to get to: https://bradyj.ranlife.com/apply_now.php

  2. Thanks for getting back. I wanted to check on current interest rates. I just tried it again and it worked. I was also thinking there could be a virus or malware, I hope that’s not the case. I’m looking into how to check for that on my iPad.
