I told you guys about KEEP last week… ok, I’m addicted! Not sure if that is a good thing or not. But I will tell you that it has gotten me out of this funk I’ve been in. Winter is always hard and B-O-R-I-N-G. You are dealing with sick kiddos, so you can’t really go anywhere… and even if your kids are feeling good, the last place I want to take them is the Mall to go shopping for myself. That would ruin the fun of it all! So I typically do a lot of my shopping online because it is so much easier.
When I found out about KEEP last week, I’ve been going crazy making sure all of the things I “like” have been added to my boards. I might not have all of the money to buy everything I like. But if I have them in one place, ready to go and organized, when I do have the money to buy a few things for myself they will be ready for me!
Since a lot of you have joined me on KEEP, I wanted to make sure you all knew that I have created Under $5 Boards and Under $10 Boards on my profile. Although there are a lot of gorgeous and super expensive designer items that people may add to their boards (I do too! I can’t help but stare at them! 😉 ), I wanted you guys to know that there are some super affordable items too—actually shockingly affordable items! So I’ll be working hard to add more to those boards so you guys can get some pretty great deals on items for YOU. I’m also going to create an under $25 Board too. There are a ton of items in that category. 
One of the things I actually pinned last night was this White Dress. When you look at it, you think it’s gotta be at least $100 right? Nope, $42!! It’s modest too. And that is one of the main reasons I have been loving KEEP– I literally am finding items from stores I never knew existed and am finding amazing deals too. It’s been so much fun!

What is KEEP?
- Basically, it is a cross between Instagram and Pinterest. BUT–you can buy ANY item you discover on KEEP, all in one cart, no matter how many different stores you are shopping from! It’s the very first multi-store, web-wide shopping cart. And you only have to enter in your payment information once. So it makes shopping online so much easier!
- If that wasn’t good enough, with KEEP you actually get to “pin” items you find to your own page or re-keep a friend’s, blogger’s or fashionista’s find. (Kinda like Pinterest) You can save items to your wish list and shoot them to your husband to give him ideas for your Birthday, Anniversary or event Valentines since that is coming up. And you can categorize items that you KEEP. So you can build a fun board with everything you are loving you find online.
- Watch for FREEBIES or Coupon Codes to be offered by KEEP too! They will email them to you. Or if you log on in the morning, sometimes they have pop up offers!
How Does it Work?
- Head over to Download the FREE KEEP App to your iPhone or iPad. (If you need to download from Google Play, head here.)
- Once you are there, create your account.
- Once your account is created, you can KEEP items from the app on your phone or you can add the Bookmarklet to your computer to quickly KEEP any item you are loving directly to your account. (To Add the Bookmarklet, just sign into your account online, head to the menu and then click on Keep it Button. You will see the Bookmarklet option there. ) I’ve been using it non-stop the past few days and it works great!
- When you scroll through your feed, you will see high-end items and you will see super affordable items. Just scroll your mouse over any item and it will tell you how much that item is. It will also give you the option to “Like” it, “KEEP” it, or “Buy” it.
What Else Should You Do?
- You can “follow” other KEEPers, Bloggers, Stylists and Celebrities on KEEP. Then their awesome finds will show up on your feed so you can Re-KEEP them. I’ve started following a few people that I don’t know, but their style is VERY similar to mine and their price points are similar too. So I’ve found some really awesome items and stores I didn’t even know existed that I’ve been able to add to my wishlist or Re-KEEP.
