Reminder, this is today!

May 2nd-4th, Sam’s Club is having a FREE Spring Open House for everyone who is not a member. And, the best part is that there is no service fee for anything that you might purchase during this event.

So pretty much it is the perfect time to go to a Warehouse store and not have to pay anything extra! To get your free temporary pass, just make sure to stop by their Members Service Desk when you first arrive.

This would be a great time to see what they have there and you could do a little price matching to see if it’s worth your money to get a membership!

If you’re interest in my view on club memberships here are a few of my thoughts and facts aboutWarehouse Shopping Vs. Coupon Shopping.

  1. Does anyone know if they plan on charging a “service fee” on top of the transaction since you’re not a member? I’ve been in the last when they charge a % fee…

      • The Provo location did not charge me a service fee today. I did have to go up to the service desk and get a temporary pass though.

  3. Hey, Anyone know how much milk is at Costco? Milk is $2.88 /gal at Sam’s. I walked by saying…”at that price, you can keep it!”…it as only $1.99 2 weeks ago. This is crazy.

    • Sheri milk is exactly why I didn’t renew my membership! I couldn’t believe it jumped almost a dollar after being $1.99 for so long. Why would I pay the same price I can pay at any other store that I can shop at for free? Butter also went up in price over a dollar. Both items are more expensive than if I just watch for a sale at basically any other store!!

    • I noticed Costco’s prices jumped as well. I think it was $5.19 for 2 gallons. I couldn’t believe how high it jumped either! It made me want to complain to management. Then I went to Sam’s and saw it had totally jumped there too. So sad because that was my greatest savings from Sams Club!!

  4. If it makes you feel any better… milk is $3.79 in East Tennessee!

    • I am so sorry. Do any of you wonder if it would be so much cheaper to go in on a neighborhood cow? haha
