National Deal on Re-financing or Purchasing a Home! Up to $5,000 Towards Your Mortgage!

It’s been over a year since we have been able to do a deal like this again.  So hopefully a ton of you can take advantage of it and save a bunch of money!

I’ve had a bunch of you asking when my husband and RANLife will be doing another deal to refinance your mortgage or purchase. And, we finally got the go-ahead to post about it.  I know Brady has helped hundreds of you over the past two years with either refinancing, just answering questions you have about your situation, or helping you get in a better spot to refinance.

If you missed my earlier post, our family is actually getting ready to move into a new home.  The market is turning around and you might be wanting to move like us, or you might just want to refinance your current mortgage into a lower payment.  Either way, I’ve worked with them to give you two deals you can choose from.

DEAL #1:

For those of you looking to build a brand new home, RANLife is offering up to a $5,000 credit on your mortgage!!  I know a lot of builders do something like this… but sometimes the incentive isn’t that great, or you would rather actually get money off of your loan instead.  (**Remember that you pay interest on your entire loan amount for 15 or 30 years.. and it adds up to a ridiculous amount of money.  So the lower you can get your loan amount, the better!)

DEAL #2:

If you are purchasing a home, or wanting to refinance your current home into a lower rate, you can get a $300 Target Gift Card when you close!  Since Target sells everything from Furniture, Electronics and even things like Groceries, you should be able to find anything you have had your eye on!

Since Brady gets slammed with all of the questions and emails from these deals that his company runs, he has two of the best loan officers at RANLife helping him.  So, you will either be working with Ty Burbidge or Kyle Smart. However, Brady will oversee each loan and double check you have been taken care of and received your credit or gift card!
