If you are jumping on the Disneyland Ticket Deal I posted about yesterday and need a good deal on a place to stay, one just popped up from Plum District.

Im not sure I get how Plum District works… can someone help me? If I am interested in staying 5 nights would I enter 5 x $149 deal? Also, if it says expires 12/13/2012 would my stay have to be before that date then?

Check the hotel website directly… I just did and the dates we want are only $120 per night which is less than the Plum District deal.

Yeah this is actually not a great deal. Daily deal sites often advertise 87% off or some crazy amout, but they are usually comparing apples to oranges.

Let me add-I am a travel agent (not trying to sale here, obviously I don’t have any contact info I just do it for fun and sell to friends) and if you are shuttling into the park, you can definitely find pretty good hotels for less than $100 a night. Again, I want to offer this information only to educate people about daily deals sites who make their offer seem much better than they are.

Thanks for the info Kelly, I would love any reccomendations anyone has for decent hotels. Were going for Christmas and because of the ticket increase were booking sooner than I had planned and I am shopping around. We have never been before and have no idea where to stay!!
