UPDATE:  I guess the Scrapbooking Expo is the same day.  So, lets shoot for March 20th!

Hey everyone.. I have a few questions I need to ask you.  I am getting everything set up for this huge couponing class.  And it is all coming along really well!

I had first thought of using a church gymnasium, but I realize that it will not be a large enough space for all of you who want to come.  Same problem with a Library.  I think I may need to end up renting a conference room at a hotel or something similar.  Crazy right??

So far, the class will last two hours.  I will also be having a bunch of different giveaways during the two hour block. There are also some suprise sponsors that I can’t tell you about yet.  All I can say is you are going to be really, really excited!!

If I do end up having to rent a conference room, would you all be ok with bringing $5.00 to help me cover the cost of that?  If so, we can reserve a conference room asap and set a date.  I was thinking to do this coupon class on Saturday, March 20th.  That will give everyone time to plan in advance, tell their friends and family members and give me enough time to gather all of the freebies and giveaways for the class as well!!

Let me know your thoughts!  Thanks guys.  You seriously rock!  I’m really excited to do this!

  1. Yes $5 should not be a big deal. Is there any way you would consider doing another class? I will be on vacation that weekend with family so I wont be able to come :(.

  2. This sounds great..just wondering though..will this be the same type of thing as Amy at Savvy shopper deals? What about renting a room at Noahs in P.G.? or even South Jordan? I'm guessing you are going to have alot of interest in this!

  7. I'll have to look into Noahs! Thats a great idea. The class will just go over anything that has to do with couponing, freebies, deals, couponing secrets… I'm not sure exactly everything that Amy talks about. But I will definitely mention savvy shopper deals because they have a great grocery matchup system!

  24. I'm interested and would invite a ton of friends. It might help me to get more into it. I feel like I don't have a handle on couponing quite yet. I would pay the $5 if it would help me to get more organized and help simplify things for me. Thanks for doing it!

  38. $5 is worth it to me!! I will be bringing a few peeps as well. Noah's is a great place (https://www.mynoahs.com/) and another idea is Thanksgiving Point (https://www.thanksgivingpoint.com/plan/corporate_events/venues.html) They have a # of different rooms or the red barn which has a stage. Not sure how much they charge though, but it's an idea.

  40. For sure you should charge $5 for the room but you should charge an extra $5 to put in your pocket 🙂
