I purchased my voucher, and it said it would be sent to my email tomorrow (Saturday). However today, I got an email saying my money was refunded, and no one is answering their customer service phone line….. anyone else have this problem?

That same thing happened to me! My email has a message from “help@savemore.com” saying my order has been refunded..? The charge never even showed up on my bank account. This whole thing seems fishy to me. Does anyone have prior experience with this company? No one is answering the customer service ph# for me, either.
