Are you sure your deals are the best? I have heard on another blog that you can get Sunday only from the Trib or Deseret News for $39 a year per paper. I have never tried it though

I got mine for Cache Valley Herald Journal…finally ;). 5 Sunday papers for 15.20 a month. The lady had no idea what I was talking about…kinda funny…but she asked and got it figured out. She said I was set to go and would start getting my papers Sunday! YEAH!!! Thanks again!Christi

Anonymous-From my understanding, not even Pinching your Pennies can beat The Herald Journal price. So that is something special for just Freebies2Deals Readers.As far as the deseret and Sl Trib, I have not heard of a year subscription. I know that they offer a 6 months subscription, which is what I posted. Plus, I have the Smiths grocery cards included as well. I just did as best as I could. That is what they would offer us.

Melea, I have a question about the newspaper situation. I do not live in Utah, I live in Las Vegas and I'm trying to figure something out. I know you have said many times that its worth it to get the paper for the Red Plum coupons etc. Here in Vegas we get Red plum coupons free every week in our mail. Plus, once a month we get Smart Scource coupons, and P.G. I also get the 16 page Wallgreens add, and the C.V.S. add ( they are direct competitors to Wallgreens and often have better deals.)Just today at C.V.s. I got over $100.00 worht of products for $7.18! You've taught me well!! Anyway, is there any reason for me to subscribe to the paper,seeing as I get these coupons and adds, or should I pass?

Jennie-If you think you can do great with just the couopns you get mailed to you, then great! I would just decide what you want the coupons for. I tell people, you usually want a subscription per person in your family. So, if you have three people in your family, you would want to get 3 copies of the coupon inserts. That is a great way to add to your stock pile. But, if you think you can do alright with just the inserts you receive in your mail, then dont pay for it. But it is just up to you and what you are planning to do. Do you want to build up food storage… or just get great deals each week…But it sounds like you are doing great so far.Melea

I am wondering if there is a way to request the coupons only. It would be a great way to save paper instead of having to recycle it. They could do a coupon only bag. I would even pay the same amount to not have to deal with all the papers. Just a thought for the next time you talk to the newspaper people.
