If you still don’t have costumes, your best last-minute bet is to head to Halloween Stores on Halloween Morning! Most stores are trying to get rid of everything- so you will see Costumes marked 50%-75% off. So if you have a Spirit Halloween Store or other Pop Up Halloween Store, you will definitely want to stop by and see what they have.
Other National Chains like Target should have their costumes marked down significantly as well! I know that Old Navy had costumes marked up to 75% off on Halloween morning last year. So you should probably see similar sales. As always, let us know what you find!

I have called two of our Spirit stores and one Target and they said they wont reduce anything until Nov. 1. Darn!

I went to Old Navy and the costumes were 50% off, but they only had 1 left. Target was still full price.

My Target also still charged full price and Old Navy had like 4 baby girl costumes and nothing else. Those were around $5 but no selection.
