Big List of Free Stuff and Deals for Baby!

After getting home from the hospital a day ago, I can’t believe that I forgot how much FREE stuff they give you as you leave!  I mean, I had nurses handing me packages of Huggies diapers, wipes and more.  It felt like Christmas!

I’ve posted this awesome list before, but I wanted to again- just in case any of you missed it.

If you didn’t know, there are a lot of free things you can request from big name brand baby companies.  And, a lot of them offer clubs or email programs that will send you special high-value coupons or just free samples.  Here are some of my favorites:

DIAPER DEALS: (These can sell out fast!)

276 Pampers Baby Dry Diapers (Size 1) $38.49 Shipped! ($.14 per diaper!!)

720 Count Pampers Soft Care Wipes $14.29 Shipped! ($.02 per wipe!)

(Both of these diaper/wipes deals on Amazon can change prices at any time.  Just make sure you follow the directions I give in the post to get the correct price.  I’ll update the post when Amazon sells out.  And, when I say they go fast, they really do!)

These are all things I have signed up and received myself.  So, I know they are all legit and awesome freebies you will actually get. Enjoy!

**Let me know if any of these freebies run out so I can update the post.

  1. Hey, I didn’t get a bunch of free stuff when I had a baby a few weeks ago! I think I delivered at the wrong hospital.

  2. Wow lucky!! I never got a bunch of freebies when I left the hospital. Sure would like to know which hospitals give out those types of things cause I don’t know of any around here!

  3. Some hospitals are banning the freebies now. Glad mine doesn’t, cause I like them 🙂

  4. I work in the nursery at a local hospital, just ask ur nurse for some freebies and most of us are happy to give them to u. If u deliver at a “breast friendly” hospital they aren’t allowed to give out freebies!

  5. The best freebie of all is breast milk! Totally free and best for both baby and mom. My hospital did not give out formula but still gave me plenty of wipes and diapers free. They helped me learn how to breastfeed and gave me resources for home — every hospital should do the same.

  6. I am excited, having a baby in November and I love my IHC hospital and all the stuff they usually send me home with 🙂 :). Also, my pediatrician usually will give samples of formula, you just have to ask. Thanks & congrats!

  7. Here’s the website for FREE breastfeeding help from La Leche League of Utah: https://www.lllusa.org/UT/Utah

Or use a lactation consultant like Julie at 801-680-MILK. One session with her is around $40 — MUCH cheaper than a $1,000 for a year of formula, free samples or no.

  8. I recently had a baby at Alta Hospital and they were so skimpy with the diapers only giving me a couple at a time and defiantly zero for the road:( they said ” times are tight” I was thinking “yeah they are and I just paid how much to have to have a baby here?”

    • I would be weary of a hospital that is skimpy on supplies
      lol
seriously though, that is weird, I thought a lot of that was given to them free to push the brand on the mom anywayy

  10. IDK about this kit in particular, but several people I babysit for get loaded up on product at the hospital. I mean literally the nurses would give them extra bags of formula and diapers.
