I’m not sure where else to post this question…
A few days ago I went to Rite Aid, and I noticed that on my receipt it said that for my “convenience,” Up Rewards would no longer print out, but would go on my Wellness Card. It said this has been in effect since February of this year, but I’ve never noticed this before. (Obviously I don’t shop at Rite Aid a ton.) I don’t see this as a convenience at all, since I’ll have to log on to their website every time I want to see what kind of Up Rewards I have. Also, the message on the receipt said that the rewards would be available the following morning. This means NO multiple transactions in one visit to use just-gotten rewards! Has anyone else noticed this?

To add to my comment above, it seems like rather than this being for the customer’s convenience, it’s more like Rite Aid is discouraging couponers from rolling rewards into their next transaction, and making them come back another time. How can this benefit Rite Aid?
