This awesome freebie is back! Ace Hardware is offering a free quart of Clark + Kensington paint this Saturday, August 4th. Simply head over to the Ace Hardware Facebook page, “like” them and print your coupon.
They have been giving these coupons out about every other month. Free paint sure can help make a DIY home project a lot more affordable.
As it has been in the past, the coupon is valid only on the flat enamel finish paint. There are around 40 quarts available per store and there is a limit of 1 quart per household.

Just wanted to add a quick note, in case people are skipping this freebie because of the flat finish, that I’ve been grabbing them up as free craft paint for my kids, or for me to use to paint banners or backdrops for parties, etc. Or, if you want to use them for a DIY (like painting furniture) it is easy to add a coat or two of poly after the paint dries if you want the extra protection. There are lots of possibilities for this paint, so don’t pass it up!

I picked up some of this paint when they had it free in June and painted a headboard I built. I just applied a couple coats of poly over it and it looks great. I will be getting a new quart on Saturday!
