NEW UPDATE: The CircusFIT Training and event is free. However, you WILL have to pay to enter Discovery Gateway. Sorry for the confusion everyone! I had two different companies giving conflicting info!
There has been a lot of talk about the Circus this past week. Well now they are doing something pretty cool at the Discovery Gateway Museum, tomorrow August 21st!
From 2:00pm-4:00pm, Daisy the Clown and the Ambassador of Mirth will be teaching kids of all ages how to be CircusFit! For 45 minutes, they will go over warm-ups, stretching, and strength building. After the demonstration, the audience will get to try their hand at juggling, balancing arts and group games.
The event is Free! So just head over to Discovery Gateway on Saturday, August 21st- 444 West 100 South.
