Yes, you have to pick it up in the store or pay the $10 shipping. On the first checkout screen, there is the option at the top to ship the order or pick it up in the store.

It’s a better deal to buy a 30 pk of the ultra plush (even better) that is equivalent to 80 rolls at costco for $15.99 (reg 19.99 less a $4 off coupon at this time)
