Amazon has a new music trade in program. It is as easy as 1.2.3. Here is how it works:
- Select items: Search for CD’s to trade in. Your trade-in must meet the product eligibility criteria.
- Send Items for FREE: Print a shipping label and packing slip, package your items, and ship them for FREE
- Get A Gift Card: Once your items are received an Amazon.com gift card will be deposited into your account

Actually if you think about it – all CD’s can be copied onto your computer – so there is the potential here to make money, and not lose your music. Pertty cool idea.

it has to be newer items mostly.. none of my 80’s and 90’s music qualifies and i haven’t bought a cd for ages with being able to get anything I want digitally
