I have a shoprunner account but it won’t let me use it. I put the items in my cart but it tells me shipping is $15 and there is no option for free shipping with shoprunner. Am I doing something wrong?

@Michelle: I just called Toy’s R Us and they said that only certain items are available for free shipping with shoprunner. I even asked what qualifies an item and she didn’t know. Frustrating!
