On March 17, 2012 the new City Creek location of Macy’s is going to host a charity shopping day. For $5.00 you will be able to shop in the store five days before the official grand opening and will have access to food samples, giveaways, and special discounts; like a coupon for $10.00 off a $25.00 purchase.
Various Salt Lake Area nonprofits, schools, and churches that sell the $5.00 shopping passes will get to keep 100% of the ticket proceeds. The following are some of the organizations selling passes online:
