When I do this the S&S option is only 5% off, so $18.78, bringing the total to $16.78. How do you get it to $13.82?

Make sure you guys are signed into your Amazon accounts and then look at the page. A little bit under the price of the product, you will see a rectangle with a coupon you can checkmark to add it to your order.
