It says $10.75, and every time I add it to my cart, it goes up to $18.00. Am I doing something wrong?

I had the same problem but didn’t notice it till I had hit submit my order since I was in a hurry. The advetised price was $10.75 but once I added it to my cart it was $18.00. I have sent an email to Amazon asking why this has happened.
