I keep seeing these little things everywhere, but I don’t get it. Do they grow in water? Do you shoot them out of something (hence the reason they are called “capsules”)? What are these squinkie things?

They’re just little squishy toys. They don’t really do anything, although there are little play sets and little jewelry attachments they can be hooked on to. My kids love them. They like to collect and trade them with friends.

Thanks for the explanation. My son is always attracted to them in the store, but they are too small for him to play with right now (he’s almost 2). So, I wondered if they did something that would change their size – like grow in water – which would be pretty cool for him. Guess I’ll have to wait until he’s older to buy little things like this. 🙂
