I tried ordering this and every store I picked said not available for in-store pickup. I tried 4 different stores. I was very disappointed in Best Buy in offering this and then not allowing it to be picked up in any of their stores.

When I try to check out, it says that none of the stores in Utah area available, not like I would actually drive to Logan because of the gas but even that one is unavailable!!!!! Frustrating!

You might be able to get BB to honor the online price in their store. I haven’t had luck before, but my Mom did that a couple of times and they let her get the online price. We have this game already – it is a fun party game for the kids.

I just got it to show that it was available for pick up in Utah, at the riverdale store, but it also showed a few others in Utah. I couldn’t get it to let me check out though, it said that my session had been inactive for more than 30 minutes and I was being logged out and then it took me back to the main page……

I just bought it to pick up at the Sandy store. It looked like all the other stores were available too. Try again! I got three, but I had to do all separate check outs; you can only buy one at a time. Yeah! I can’t wait to give it to my kids for Christmas!

I was just able to order it at a Utah store (JLanding) and it did show availability at other Utah stores. I was able to complete the order, but have not received a confirmation email yet.

I tried it and it said my sales tax was going to be $20. That was to pick it up at the store. Anybody else have that problem?

This is also in the Best Buy ad this week, so you should be able to just go to the store and get it. If they are out, you could always take your ad to Wal-Mart and price match.

Now I just got emails saying not available. I called the number, and she said I couldn’t get them anywhere because it is on backorder, so I just have to wait to see if they are restocked in the next eight days before my order is cancelled. BUMMER!!!

I have spent the last 45 minutes on hold/working with Best Buy’s customer service. I purchased this at 9:00 this morning, in hopes that I would get the deal. I received a confirmation email, then received a email saying it was out of stock but to call customer service to check other stores or get it shipped. I now have been told that I am out of luck, and there probably isn’t anything they can do. Good luck!
