  1. Have you personally used the hotel voucher/certificate? Im thinking of the old adage “if it sounds too good to be true…”
Or have any other of the F2D family used this type of certificate? If yes, I’d love some feedback/reviews (eg if it worked, any issues that arose, etc).
I travel to hawaii often (my extended family luves there), so if this certificate actually works— it would be such a $$$ saver for me!
    Thanks F2D fam!!

    • Yes we have a direct relationship with the company. A few of us have gone to Mexico, Hawaii, and Miami now. Just remember you still have to pay taxes and resort fees, along with airfare, food and other travel expenses, but you save over $1500 on the room alone!

      • What is the ‘Live within a 100 miles of the hotel’ mean? We can’t travel from the USA?

        Reply
        • You can not live within 100 miles of the hotel and get the deal. So anywhere outside of Hawaii would qualify because it is more than 100 miles away.

        • I think it’s saying you cannot love within 100 miles of the hotel…you have to be from out of town.

          • Live, not love

  4. Is there a website or somewhere that we can see the alternate resorts?

    • I recently activated the same certificate and was able to look at 5 different hotels. All of them were in Waikiki on Oahu except for one, which was in Hilo on The Big Island. Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort, Hilton Waikiki Beach Hotel, Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach, Doubletree by Hilton Alana Waikiki Hotel and then Castle Hilo Hawaiian Hotel (this is the on on The Big Island)

      • I bought it, paid the $27 for the ebook, $289.05 for the activate taxes, tried to book January 14-21 and it won’t let me on those dates, (available dates started on Jan 21) even though it’s more than 30 days out, and doesn’t give me alternate hotels. Can you tell me how to find the alternate hotels or is there a phone number I can call?

        • Try looking at different dates. Different hotels open up for different dates, you just need to search

          Reply
    • Also: does anyone know if we can get 2 certificates?

      Reply
      • You would need to place 2 different orders under 2 different names/emails for 2 certificates

  6. Is there a website where you can view sample travel dates? Is this one of those that has impossible dates to book?

    Reply
    • To see the dates you must activate the certificate by paying the taxes. There are plenty of dates available and 5 or more hotels in Hawaii to choose from, so you should be able to find something that suits your needs if you are able to plan a trip at least a month out.

      • And another question for anyone who can see dates: is the summer (june – september) blacked out? Im not able to take the kids out of school. Id hate to pay for the taxes just to find out the entire summer is blacked out for hilton hawaiian village. Thanks in advance for any responses. ❤️

  7. The fact that I have to pay the taxes and fees before being able to search for available dates seems a little fishy to me. Is this really legit?

    Reply
    • Yes, of course! We wouldn’t promote something that isn’t!

  8. I never received a email with the certificates..
