My understanding is that if you keep the subscribe and save… the price will be whatever the price is at that time.. not what you originally paid for in the first order. So, that is why I always cancel.

Actually the prices do change. I subscribe and save to a lot of items and prices do change, it will send you an email though saying what the new price is and allow you to quickly cancel.
