Melea, I was wondering if you have had any problem with shopathome keeping track of your purchases.. I have used ebates before but I have to submit a query for nearly every transaction because they don’t post automatically like they are supposed to. I just wondered if I need to be keeping track of what I am buying at shopathome or are they pretty good about that? Thanks!!!

They are usually pretty good. As long as you are signed in and see the tracking number take you to the site you are purchasing on, it should record it for you. Hope that helps!

The fine print is pretty important with Shopathome.com. They only send a rebate check to you if you have $20 minimum in your account for a rebate check. This isn’t going to work very well for the occassional shoppers.

I did the Shop at Home Wild Deal for Bed Bath Beyond (Yankee Tart), however; when I go into my Shop at Home account it indicates I only earned .04 cents not the $1.49 I was expecting. Any thoughts on this? This is my first time w/ Shop at Home so I wasn’t sure how their system works…I normally use Ebates and never have had a problem.

Hey Victoria, with the Wild Deals it usually takes a little longer for the full amount to show up in your account. If you are really concerned about it, you can contact the ShopatHome customer support and they can ease your mind on it probably better than I can. Don’t worry though, if you followed the directions I gave, then you will get your full cash back. 🙂
