Dairy Queen has announced on their facebook wall that on July 13th they will be sending out a Buy 1 Get 1 Free Blizzard coupon. In order to get the coupon you will need to be signed up for their Blizzard Fan Club (if you aren’t already).
The great thing is that when you sign up for the club you will automatically receive a B1G1 Free Blizzard coupon just for signing up. Plus, then you will get a second coupon on the 13th along with everyone else! How sweet is that!

You should get it within a few days or up to a week from when you sign up.
