I used both of my groupons today. You have to do a separate transaction for each, but they will allow you to use both in one shopping trip.

Hey Sheri, Double check that it isn’t in your Groupon account. If not, shoot them an email. They have one of the best customer service departments I have ever worked with!

@Karrie – The fine print on the one I bought 2 weeks ago says 1 per person and it cannot be combined with any other offers, so I think it will require 2 separate purchases.
@Suzette – I don’t know if the current offer is the same, but on the one I got 2 weeks ago, it indicates the voucher is valid at Old Navy stores only.
@Sheri – If Groupon took your money and you did not receive the voucher, try contacting Groupon directly. I have had excellent customer service experience with them.

Sheri did your card ever get charged? This also happened to me that I didn’t receive mine or my husbands. I talked to groupon and they said that the system was on overload because they had sold many more than expected. They said that there system randomly canceled orders to many people.
My order said pending in my account for several days and then just disappeared from my groupon account all together. No email noticed as to why from groupon so I called and they said they were aware of the problem and that my card had not been charged but since the promotion time was over I couldn’t get the deal…bad business!

I purchased two Groupons previously. I was able to use both on the same day, but had to do two separate transactions. I was also able to use my Groupons when they had their denim shorts 60% off last Saturday!

At the Old Navy in American Fork, they said you could not use the Groupon with any in-store specials. Last Saturday when I went to buy the 60% off jean shorts, they said the computers wouldn’t let the two specials combine. In the fine print, it does say that it can’t be combined with another special. I guess it will just depend on your store whether you can use it for the $2 tanks or not.

I’m looking for the city to put in on the Groupon App as well. I was ready to give up on Groupon after referring 3 people when they were offering the $30 referral credit and they screwed me out of the $90 they should have given me. But, their deals draw me back in! Thanks for the info!

I’m so glad I’m not the only one that couldn’t use the groupon on the shorts deal last week! I guess it must depend on your store. They tried it at the Orem store, but it would not allow the 60% price for the shorts and the groupon.

I tried to use the groupon with the 60% denim sale and they wouldn’t let me use it! I really tried to fight it and talked to 2 different managers and they said there was no way they could do it. They said the groupon can be used with sales, but the 60% off sale said it can’t be combined with any other offers! Beware when using!
