If you ordered through Amazon you will need to contact their customer service department to find out why. You can also check the Amazon Magazine Subscription Manager to check your order. It does take anywhere from 4-10 weeks for the first issue to arrive after to order a subscription. If it it has been more than 6 weeks I would contact Amazon. If not, wait and see if it comes in the coming weeks. Also, probably not the best idea to list your account number on a public forum like this website. Just don’t want you to get hacked or anything. If you can edit your comment and remove, that information I would recommend doing so. Hopefully you can get it all straightened out.
