I’ve been trying to get my butt in gear lately. I spend so much time at the computer finding and posting deals that it’s been hard to focus on myself and getting healthy and back to the pre-baby weight. (I know all of you Moms know what I am talking about) And, with Spring here and Summer on it’s way, I really need to be able to fit in my old swimsuits… <crossing my fingers on that one>
There are a few Free 7 day Trial Offers to help us all get back in shape that I thought I would mention. If you are trying to get ready for summer too, these freebies could help jump start you. You will probably have to enter a credit card. However, as long as you cancel before the trial period expires, you won’t get charged.
My advice is to just write down on your calendar when to cancel so you don’t forget. And, keep a copy of your cancellation numbers, dates and times you did it.
- Jillian Michaels– (If she can’t get me into shape, no one can!)
- Suzanne Somers
- South Beach Diet
- Duke Diet
I think I am going to sign up for the 7 Day Trial of Jillian Michaels. So, I just wrote on my calendar a cancellation date of March 21st. ( I always cancel 1 day early just to be safe). And, if I like it, I might keep going, because it is only $4 a week. So, if any of you want to try this with me, feel free!! Let’s get back into shape!

Good luck girl, I am on a mission to get my weight back down to pre baby weight as well before summer. Just FYI the Jillian Michaels program is $4 a WEEK not a month…so make sure you cancel it!

Jillian Michaels is awesome. Just so you know, it is $4.00/week. That is still cheap for her help 🙂

Check out livestrong.com, the daily plate. I saw it on tv a year ago, it is free, and I lost 20 pounds, and have used it to maintain my weight for a year. It really works, and has a lot of great info.

Jillian Michaels has a 5 disk DVD box set that she sells on her site. Sometimes it goes on sale for $19.99. Each DVD is a half an hour work out… but let me just say she KICKS YOUR BUTT! I hate to exercise, but even I can work out for a half an hour! 🙂 Good luck ladies!

Another freebie that works for me is Sparkpeople.com. It has a food tracker, a fitness tracker, HUGE free database of exercises and customizable workouts (some with streaming video), plus all kinds of free motivational helps–from recipes to community forums! Whenever I get offtrack, I hop back on for a while and it works great. They even have a free Android App (probably IPhone, too). Check it out!

Another great video is Walk Away the Pounds. My mom was doing it one day I was teasing her. She told me to do it with her. Let’s just say I wasn’t teasing when I was done. This one is great for people who are not use to working out. It is one that you can make it harder or easier.

So on the same subject, I bought a pair of shape up shoes (ok they were walmart brand, but same thing). I have been wearing them off and on for about 2 months and I love them. I can totally see a difference and I dont wear them everyday. Plus I have always struggled with my backside so it was a really cheap ($20) way for me to workout without breaking a sweat.

Have you figured out how to cancel yet? I’m having trouble.

It should just be in the Accounts section.
