Just got my tickets. I haven been to this arena for a long time and we’ve never done a show like this. I hope the seats are good.

So I ordered tickets and then realized that I was charged the fees. It was completely my fault… I should have looked closer. I called James and he not only fixed the fees, he offered me better seats- like way better! What amazing customer service!! He said to call him next time instead of ordering tickets online. I will definitely be doing that!
