Toys r us customer service is great. I bought a nerf bow and arrow the week of Thanksgiving for an awesome deal. They later sent me an email saying it was out of stock. I was really disappointed, but gave them a call to tell them how frustrated I was. I sent me a better nerf bow and arrow for the same price and with free two day shipping. It was awesome!
