Do you have to subscribe to Google Play to get them? If not, how do you do it?

So first you’ll have to sign into a google account (like gmail). Then it will ask for a payment method in which you can select credit card or paypal. Your card/account will not be charged as long as it’s still listed as free. Then you’ll add it to your library. To listen to the music got to your google.com/music on your photo or tablet! Hope that helps you out.
