Yes this works with subscribe and save. Just add everything to your cart like a one time order then when you review your order there is a box that you can check to turn it into a subscribe and save order and it will ship on your regular s&s day. My total was $42 for the diapers and the $15 card with s&s and a $1 coupon that’s available for huggies. Just the diapers alone were priced at $45
