I’ve added 2 plates, I’ve added 2 entrees put the promo code in and it tells me to add another or one more plate is needed. Is anyone else having problems?

It could be that your location isn’t participating. You might want to try calling and let them know you are trying to order online with a promo code and see whether or not they are participating. Sorry it didn’t work for you.
