If you go to your account and then “Subscribe and Save Items” it will give you a date at the top which is the estimate of when they will be delivered. When you get the items delivered to you just get on your account and cancel your subscription. You just need to do it before your next subscription would be sent.

Sorry I just saw this. I changed the subscription to 4 months instead of keeping it at 2 months and I think that is why it wasn’t working. So I tried again and left it at 2 months and it worked…not sure if that was why or not.

I didn’t do anything differently. I just tried again on a computer instead of an ipad. I am a student member, but I am also on Amazon Mom and have several subscribe and save items that we have done in the past, so I am not sure if that had something to do with it.

Looks like it is only on SELECT diapers, and those that are still available for the deal come up right on the page when you click on amazon link. Mostly pull ups and swim diapers and overnighters left. When I tried to use the code on Huggies diapers that I searched for myself, it won’t work. When I used it on the Jake pullups listed, it worked!
The wipes that are listed below worked for me too.

The promo code would not work for me despite following all the directions (I am a Prime member, NOT Amazon Student), but I gave their customer service number a call. They had me put the order through and then they adjusted the price right there on the phone with me. They said that they have had to do that all day. Prices on Amazon are always changing, including subscribe and save orders. So the best thing to do is it cancel your subscription once it ships then you won’t be charge again. Chances are the prices will be higher next time!

So, I ordered these diapers with the deal way back on October 5th when it was current, and my order was like $11 or something for the big box of diapers; now I receive an email saying they are ready to ship my subscribe and save order and the diapers are showing full price. Did this happen to anyone?

Elise, after every subscription you need to cancel it. That’s why it’s part of the instructions on the post. After your initial deal price, your next month’s shipment can change price. So it’s not safe to keep subscriptions. After your deal ships, go in and unsubscribe so you won’t have that issue in the future. You probably still have time to go in and do that now on this order too!

This is still the first order though. My subscribe and save delivery day is the 1st of the month, so when I ordered it on Oct 5th I am just now getting the delivery next week… I guess I should call them and see if they are giving me the sale price I used on the 5th. Just wondering if anyone else had this issue.

If you go to your account and then “Orders” then “Order Details” you should see how much you were charged for that order. If you got the deal it should show the discounted price as what you actually paid. I hope that helps! 🙂
