I feel the exact same way! It’s been kind of a big letdown. I was expecting awesome Subscribe and Save Deals! Or something along those lines. Then I had a funny experience that annoyed me. I was going to get the hair dryer earlier today, but I decided to look around for something else. I went in and researched products until I settled on a set of curlers. When I went in, it said the offer was no longer available. It’s funny that Prime Day doesn’t last the entire day…the code never mention it expired. I tried to get a representative, but it’s not worth the crazy wait. Hopefully Prime learns a lot from its first “Prime Day.” It may be their last.

I had to come on and comment again. I did end up going on to guest services through chat and they honored my code. So, I should have tried contacting Prime before posting a bad review…
