So follow up … my next subscribe and save delivery wasn’t until Jan 3rd. When I received my conf email yesterday, they’d removed all of my discounts and the coupons and were trying to charge me the regular price of $37.74/box – and they claim that’s WITH a 20% discount. I did the chat thing with a rep and she just kept telling me the prices were subject to change and refused to honor the original deal I was given. Needless to say, I’ve cancelled it and all of my subscriptions – especially if they’re just going to randomly change the price of first time subscriptions – and honestly, I’m half tempted to cancel my Prime membership all together. Anyone else ever have issues like this??

Janis, You will want to cancel each S&S order you place after it ships. The prices won’t stay the same each subscription. So grab whatever deal it is by signing up for S&S, cancel after it ships and then wait for another great deal to start a new subscription on the same item. Amazon has said they don’t care if you cancel and resubscribe. hope that helps!
