I got the same thing that Angie got and when I even put over 100 in my cart, it still won’t take the $30 off. Not sure what the deal was. I even got through the whole process and just had to submit order and it still didn’t take the amount off with that promo code. I am going to contact Express and see what the deal is. Probably just a glitch.

The portofino shirt sale can’t be combined with any other offers or visa versa.
