The site is definitely crashing but if you keep trying it seems to eventually work. If you get stuck on one sample, try a different one and come back to the “trouble one” later. You do get the confirmation when it goes through, so if it is stuck on Please Wait page, it means it did not go through.

I was able to get all 3 samples! It took a little while because the site was going super slow, but eventually it worked :). Just be patient when it takes a while- it will eventually load the next page.

I had the same problem trying to get the contact solution. Apparently 4+7 is not 11, and 7+3 is not 10. Super frustrating!
