i went to macey's in PG to try to use my coupon and they wouldnt accept it… said its a fake. apparnetly there's a "VOID" water mark on it…

Macey's has a policy to not take any printable coupons that are for free items. Since that is what Oreo sent us, I would try using it somewhere else. Also, if you still have the letter from Oreo that came with it, take it with you to show them with the coupon. That way they will know it is not fake. I actually think a lot of us will have the "fake" problem. So, we may need to end up complaining our guts out through emailing Oreo and on their facebook site!

I wish I would have checked here before I tried to use it. 🙁 I tried to use it at Maceys as well. Unfortunately, they not only didn't accept it but they also took it and threw it away in front of me. Normally I like Macey's, but that was really disappointing.

Kim-If you still have the top part of your Oreos letter that came with the coupon…. go back to macey's and show them the letter. Ask them to give you your free oreos. And tell them how frustrated you were that they threw away your coupon, especially when it was valid. Oreo sent out over 100,000 of these coupons and they need to know this!
