The Better Business Reviews at this address are from previous years because this is the address for our national call center. The laser clinic opened at this same address June 2014, so none of the reviews apply to it. We are working with the BBB to resolve past complaints as well as update other inaccurate information on the page, such as people they list as associated with the business.

I won a package from American Laser once, but after meeting with the tech and reading their ratings I never used it. I’d rather shave then have burned skin…not saying this will happen with this company, just saying it’s always good to do your research!

Yeah, that was actually one thing I really liked about their technician, Paige. She definitely knew her stuff. I’ve had people do Laser Hair Removal before who clearly didn’t know what they were doing.

I love this company! The facility is nice, the staff is friendly, and the treatments work. I’ve been multiple times and the results are amazing. I’ve never had a negative experience with my treatments and I don’t even use the numbing cream. And I personally know Paige; she’s well trained and super nice! I highly recommend Simplicity Laser!

My friend works there and got me started on laser with Simplicity. I’ve had an awesome experience with them- I keep showing my husband my armpits because I can’t believe how well it works. And I totally agree with Melea- use the numbing cream!

What a great deal!!! I had my first laser treatment at Simplicity Laser about a month ago. My experience was amazing! The service was great and the treatment was super quick. I didn’t use numbing cream and was surprised how painless my treatment was. I love how affordable laser hair removal is from Simplicity. With this added discount who would pass it up? No, it shouldn’t be. But I think they have that option if you want it. Each service will tell you how many treatments it includes.

It shows that it takes 10-12 sessions to get 80-90% reduction and each intro package includes 4 sessions. What is the cost involved after the intro package price? I want to get laser all over and be done shaving. I could really save that 10 minutes every morning it takes so Im highly considering doing this. Thank you for sharing.
