It’s our first official Fashion Friday! If you missed it, each Friday I will feature my favorites for a whole slew of things from makeup, beauty items, kids clothing, fashion, accessories…I’m sure the list could go on and on. There will be a good mix of designer items, splurge items, bargain finds and steals!
On the Freebies2Deals Instagram page, I quickly talked about this beauty. But it deserves a little more attention.
ELF Cosmetics has the most amazing liquid/cream eyeliner. The beauty of this thing is that it is super easy to put on. I am not a makeup artist by any means. But the included brush/want makes it super easy to get a straight line on your eyelid without making a mess. (You will need a few applications to get it just right… but after that you are golden.) I used my eye as a model above so you could see how great the application really is. 🙂
This eyeliner actually stays put all day.. and I can even sleep with it on and the majority of it is still on in the morning. (Probably not a good idea to sleep in your makeup… but I’m not gonna lie- I do it more than I should!)
Ok, now are probably wondering… how much is it? $20, $30?? Nope, only $3!!! So not only is it great quality, but it is totally affordable. I love finding things like this!
You can find the ELF Studio Cream Eyeliner on their website for $3.00. And their Eyeliner isn’t the only thing you will want to try out. I’ve tried out their lipsticks ($1 each!) , their Essential Zit Zapper ($1) and more. (I actually have the Lipstick in Flirtatious Pink pictured above and love it.) Plus ELF Cosmetics always has a deal or coupon code of some sort going on. Most of the time, it will be listed on their homepage.
You will also find that some Target stores have ELF Cosmetics at their stores. But I have always found the selection to be slim. So I usually order online with one of their coupon codes.

Another hot item that I have to share is my Low Rise Extreme Stretch Jean Leggings from Express. I feel like my jeans have to have stretch in them. If not, the waist band cuts into my stomach and can create muffin top even when you don’t have any. But stretchy jeans also have to keep their shape and bounce back so they don’t fall off. And these do just that. I found these over a year ago and am on my second pair because I literally wore the 1st pair out I wore them so much!
Just so you all know, these are made out of Jean material but just happen to be super stretchy. And the leg opening is really skinny. So you can fit them under boots or they look awesome with a pair of heels. I’ve also found that some black jeans collect dust and lint and it seems like you can never keep it off. Because of the material these are made of, you don’t have that problem either.
These jeans usually run $79.90. But Express does discounts and deals all of the time. Plus they usually have a coupon code to make them cheaper. Again, check their website homepage to see. Or you can check RetailMeNot.com to see what coupons and coupon codes are available. (TIP: Sign up for Express Next Rewards and they will mail you actual coupons you can use in-store or online.) Right now, they are doing a great deal for Buy 1 Pair of Jeans for $79.90, Get a 2nd Pair for $29.90. If you purchase two pairs of jeans, that ends up making each pair only $54.90.
These jeans also come in longs and shorts. (I have to buy longs. So this is another reason why I just LOVE these!) And I think every woman should have a pair of just awesome Black Jeans. They are super slimming and can look great dressing them up for date night or with a T-shirt.

Target stores are hit and miss for me. Sometimes it’s in stock and sometimes it isn’t. So that is why I always opt to grab it online. But you can definitely look for it there!

All retailers that carry Elf Cosmetics are slim at the variety you can choose from!! Disappointing when you need something quick. Bigger selection would be great!

I bought that eye liner about a year ago (I actually bought 3 colors) and I couldn’t get it to work well. I’m not very good with make up either but I found it too hard to even get on the brush, like it was just stuck in the container, I even added some water in hopes that it would help, but it didn’t. I’m sure I did something wrong.

i can’t get most low rise pants to work for me. i can never bend over with out something embarassing showing… and with kids, i’m picking up a lot after them. do you have that problem with these pants?

No because they are stretchy. So these go up to right under my belly button. I find with jeans that don’t have stretch they fall off my backside too. Hopefully these fit you much better too! 🙂

Looks like right now at Express they also have a discount code depending on how much you spend. If you spend $100 you get $40 off and if you spend $200 you get $80 off. So combine that with the 2nd pair of jeans the total ends up being just over $100 so you get the $40 off with coupon code 1897.
