There are quite a few duplicate coupons. Since you will receive a different barcode for each text you send, you may be able to use both barcodes in one visit. Just separate your items into two transactions use the GRILL barcode with the corresponding items and then the THANKS barcode in the following transaction. This could help you save even more without having to go shopping twice.
There is NO GUARANTEE that this will work for you at your Target store. However, if you are already shopping there and plan on purchasing the items above, separate your transactions and see if it works for you too!
