I contacted their customer service. They said it will be available for free at 1pm EST today, because of the difficulties. They said they don’t know how long it will be available, so I should get it as close to 1pm as possible.

So does anyone know the answer to the question above about how to access all the books for free? Do we say we want to reinstall each unit?

Mine only shows that unit 1 is unlocked. When I try to click unit 2 it says i own it but it is not unlocked? Has anyone figured that out?

Yes you reinstall each unit as you want to use them. It won’t charge you. Then you can archive them as you choose. I’m guessing this is to save space.
