Update: Try this deal at your own risk. Some stores are letting people price match the online Staples price and use the $25 off coupon on top of it. And other stores are not allowing it. You won’t know unless you go and try, or call up the store beforehand. A lot of readers have had success and have gotten the case for only $1.49! Read the comment section if you need help or have help to give other readers. Thanks!
Time to stock up on paper! Now through March 20th, you can get a HammerMill 8.5 x 11″ Paper 5,000-Sheet Case for only $1.49 when you print & use the $25.00 off coupon that they have advertised online.
That is definitely a stock up price on paper! If you are running low, or if you just want to stock up, make sure to take advantage of this offer!
**Promotion only valid in-store, not valid online.

The Daily Deal price in only good online and the coupon is only good in store, so it won’t be that price in store. I just asked Staples Customer Service about it. The price in store is $52.99 🙁

Thanks for letting us know… Even after the coupon, it looks like it will be just a little bit cheaper to buy it online since there is free shipping.

UPDATE: I went over to my local store just to see if this might work. I was told in store that they DO price match to their online price. YAY! So I got a case of paper for $1.60(tax)!!

In store it is $53.99, but my store said that they would price match their online price as long as it wasnt a rebate (which it isnt, its consider a daily deal). I confirmed with them that I would be able to get that price.

Cali Which store did you call?
Marjorie
This deal is good online or in store but not both. You cannot price match the website and use the coupon.

This was a store in West Valley city, Utah (Salt Lake City area). Im headed there soon to buy this. I will post an update of what happens.

The website said that store is out of stock, I checked as this would be the one I would use as well! Please give an update of how it goes and if they do have them in stock!

I live in the Ogden area and I can also confirm that this deal is not valid.

I just called Provo, UT store they said you can use coupon OR get sale price…not both. 🙁

I just went to the store in Sandy on State St. and got the deal with no problem! I just asked if they were matching the online price and they said yes. Paid $1.60 🙂

At my store in CA, they said you can’t add coupons to the daily deals and that is what the fine print on the website for the daily deals says too. Boo! I’m jealous of the people who got the deal!
Kelli
It wouldn’t work in the Logan, Utah store either 🙁
Kendra B.
It worked for me in Sandy, and there were 5 people in line behind me with their coupons getting the same deal:)

Got the deal in Indianapolis, IN!!

Sad day. I went out to the Riverdale UT store today to try to get this awesome deal and they wouldn’t let me do it! 🙁 I was majorly bummed.

I just called the Layton UT store to see if they would allow it, and they said no. I explained that other stores have been allowing it and asked why the inconsistency? She just said that “corporate” called this morning saying that they are not allowed to combine both offers. Darn.

Email said the coupon expires on March 20 but the actual coupon says it expires on March 22. Which is right?
