I wondered the same thing so I got on their Facebook page and there were A LOT of complaints of customer service issues, no response when people tried to cancel, getting billed when they wanted to cancel and having a hard time getting a response to get the charge reversed. It sounds like it may be too big a hassle unless you plan on sticking with them a while.

I signed up on their black Friday deal, it was $200 for a year. So far the boxes have been okay, not amazing, but I haven’t felt ripped off either. We’ve gotten some really fun stuff that I wouldn’t have bought otherwise- a skip hop lunch bag and some boon bath toys.
